"Whitout any doubt... this is the best dinner we had so far in Spain. And we had a lot and really good ones. But this place took podium.. Food was amazing. Every dish was was an explosion of flavors. From the croquetas de bogavantes, to the beef tartar prepared by the table, to the tuna and grilled avocado with black aioli every plate was an amazing experience.. the Presa Iberica plate was also one of our favorites.. and the came the desserts. I could not describe them with words. The Chocolate in textures and the Mango a profiterol are a Must!! To not only pair this amazing food but to take it to the next level was the superb service provided by all the staff. Sorry I didn't take your names. But all of you where super professionals, committed to your diners and super friendly. Honestly, and I don't think I ever said this in a review.. this was as close to perfect as it gets. Definitely we are coming back. And to pun the cherry on top comes the place itself. It's beautiful to say the least. The hotel, the garden, the walkways along the pines, everything is spectacular.. all details where carefully taken care of. Hands down the best so far"
